The OS-251 is a ‘JUNO’ syle digital subtractive synthesizer. It uses digital algorithms for warm, lo-fi sounds instead of the usual analogue simulation with the selection of parameters heavily influenced by the JUNO-106. The oscillator also features aliasing noise (specific to digital signal processing) famous on classic samplers like E-mu SP-12 which adds a lo-fi feeling to the sound.
