Are you looking for the perfect guitar sound for your Lo-Fi track? Have you already spent many nerve-wracking hours trying to figure out what sort of saturation, distortion, and EQ you have to do to get that sweet gooey Lo-Fi track? This plugin might be just the right thing for you!
Vinyl Guitar is a completely free VST from Echo Sound Works, a site well-known for its exhaustive serum presets and sample packs. The creators have sampled a guitar through an actual vinyl record player to make a playable instrument.
It’s got a very simple and slick interface. You have control over things like reverb and dynamics in addition to macros for Fret noise, String Buzz, and Fret Noise. These let you dial in some realism or you can just have fun and tweak for different effects. The dynamics control also lets you control the playing style by adjusting attack/release and dynamics. All this makes for a really fun plugin to play around with as you have the right balance of ease of use and control. Check it out today!
