Introducing the Phoscyon 2, an innovative emulation of the classic 303 “silver box” synthesizer. This high-quality emulation by D16 Group is not just a simple recreation of the original, but a complete redesign that offers unprecedented emulation accuracy. Phoscyon 2 is not just one, but every 303 under your fingertips. It has been designed to offer distinctive character and sound that replicates the unique features and nuances of the original 303 synthesizers.

The Phoscyon 2 goes beyond the original 303 by incorporating popular mods and circuit bends within the 303 community. The new vibrato effect, a unique feature not found in even the most advanced 303 modifications, creates a distinctive 303-style vibrato with just two knobs. The vibrato effect relies on two alternating notes rather than an oscillator, creating a unique and versatile vibrato range and speed.

Phoscyon 2 also features a state-of-the-art FX chain that includes a selection of 19 distinctive-sounding distortion models, reorderable insert effects, and a variety of effect algorithms. The distortion is the most important effect in the chain, and the implementation in Phoscyon 2 is based on famous hardware units that are notorious with the most recognizable 303 artists.

The Phoscyon 2 also includes a newly designed sequencer / arpeggiator that makes the plug-in even more versatile and usable. The sequencer offers two different modes to control the sequencer and a music roulette feature with a seamless randomiser integration. It also allows for live override, giving life to your patterns by influencing Accent, Slide or Vibrato while playing, as well as allowing for drag-and-drop export of patterns into your DAW.

Phoscyon 2 also comes with substantial factory content, with over 800 presets and patterns out-of-the-box. The user interface is resizeable, offering several size options for the perfect fit in your DAW screen and optimum workflow. The MIDI Learn feature helps link almost any visible control to your MIDI controller, allowing for live creativity.
