Toontrack EZbass

Toontrack EZbass is an elaborately produced bass software and plug-in that comes with 2 basses. It is based on samples of an Alembic 5-string and a 5-string Fender Jazz Bass. The software includes sub-bass with 2 sine oscillators for more fullness and assertiveness, along with finger, pick, and slap playing techniques. Many articulations are available such as alternating fingers, index finger, middle finger, tapping, percussive right hand, percussive left hand, ghost note, flageolet, slap, pop, ghost slap, and slides. It also offers integrated conversion of real audio tracks to bass MIDI, a MIDI library with natural bass patterns for all genres and styles, and automatic creation of matching basslines for imported MIDI drum and keyboard tracks. The software features a song track for recording your own MIDI tracks, arranging MIDI patterns, intuitive creation of suitable transitions and slides, an Edit Play Style function for more variations, a Grid editor with numerous editing options, a Tab2Find function, and a Meta search. Toontrack EZbass can be expanded with additional sound libraries and MIDI packs, and offers flexible viewing options.
