It includes a LOW control, which allows for adjustments of +/-12dB at 120Hz, and a HIGH control for similar adjustments at 8kHz. The plugin also features a compressor with auto-gain and automatic attack/release times, ensuring efficient dynamic control. Additionally, the SATURATION feature enables signal saturation with auto-gain, enhancing the richness of the audio.
Users can manage the output volume for each section using the VOLUME control, while the MIX feature allows for blending processed and dry signals to achieve the desired sound. The MASTER output control provides overall volume management, ensuring a balanced final output.
Attractor is designed with a user-friendly interface that can be resized from 50% to 200% using a simple “Bottom Right Corner Handle.” This feature is particularly useful for maintaining a consistent graphical user interface size across multiple instances of the plugin. It is important to note that Attractor does not include oversampling, which may be a consideration for some users.
Released as version 1.0 on January 9, 2025, Attractor is available in several formats. For Mac users, it supports VST3, AU, and AAX Native – Audiosuite formats, requiring Mac OS 10.11 or higher, with compatibility for both Intel and Apple Silicon processors. A graphic card that supports “Metal” is also necessary. Windows users can access the plugin in VST3 and AAX Native – Audiosuite formats, compatible with Windows 10 and 11, and requiring a graphic card that supports “OpenGL.”
