Singularis by Sampletekk now free for a limited time normally $49
Expiry: April 9th
Singularis by SampleTekk, a virtual piano focused on mid‑20th‑century recording aesthetics, is available as a free download for two weeks. The regular price is $49.
The instrument is designed around the sound of late‑1950s and early‑1960s studio practices, reflecting sessions captured live to tape with limited microphones. It was recorded and processed through vintage analog equipment to reproduce the tonal coloration and saturation associated with that era.
Singularis uses a mono signal path, aligning with historical piano recording approaches. The focused presentation is intended to occupy a defined space in a mix without the width of modern stereo imaging.
The plugin is delivered as a dedicated instrument and does not require a separate sampler. It supports VST3 and AU formats on Windows and macOS.
- Mono signal path consistent with period recording methods
- Recorded and processed via vintage analog hardware
- Emulates live studio workflows common to tape‑era sessions
- Emphasis on tape‑style warmth and saturation
- Dedicated plugin; VST3 and AU for Windows and macOS
- Use cases include jazz, blues, early rock, and vintage cinematic scoring
- Limited‑time free download; regular price $49

Korneff Audio releases Power Grid Disruptor plugin for Mac Windows and Linux free for a limited time
Expiry: Unknown
Korneff Audio has released Power Grid Disruptor, a multi-effect audio plugin for macOS, Windows, and Linux. The plugin is available as a free download for a limited time.

Power Grid Disruptor is designed for creating glitch, distortion, and impact-style effects on individual tracks or full mixes. It offers tempo-synced processing for consistent timing inside a DAW.
A central Disrupt control allows real-time performance: holding the control builds tension, and releasing it triggers an impact. Users can select between Drive, BitCrush, Decimate, and Noise processing, or run all four simultaneously.
The plugin includes a library of more than 40 selectable samples intended for “Surge” and “Impact” events. These can be combined for varied result types, including short bursts and longer impact tails.
Time-related parameters include direction, duration, and length, enabling forward or reverse playback of the impact elements and precise alignment with the musical grid.
An Impact Duck parameter reduces the dry signal to let the selected impact cut through. At maximum settings, only the impact signal is heard, making it suitable for transitions and hard edits.
The Glitch Engine provides four patterns—Stutter, Gate, Random, and Chaos—for rhythmic or irregular interruption of the source audio. These modes can be used for fills, breakdowns, and sound design accents.
- Tempo-synced triggering for consistent timing in the DAW
- Four effect types: Drive, BitCrush, Decimate, Noise (individually or combined)
- Disrupt hold-and-release control for manual build/impact moves
- Over 40 surge/impact samples with combinable selections
- Forward/reverse options with duration and length controls
- Impact Duck to attenuate the dry signal during the hit
- Glitch patterns: Stutter, Gate, Random, Chaos
Supported plugin formats:
- macOS 64-bit: VST3, AU, AAX
- Windows 64-bit: VST3, AAX
- Linux 64-bit: VST3, LV2
Licensing and activation:
- Software-based licensing; no hardware dongle required
- Up to four simultaneous machine activations
- Internet connection required for activation and for demos
Minimum system requirements:
- Processor: Intel, AMD, or Apple Silicon i5 quad-core equivalent
- RAM: 4 GB
- macOS 10.14 or later
- Windows 7 or later
- Linux: Ubuntu 18.04 LTS or equivalent (x86-64 minimum); recommended Ubuntu 20.04 LTS or later, Debian 11+, Fedora 36+, or other modern distribution using glibc ≥ 2.28
