Zen Audio is unfortunately closing down as a company, which means they will no longer be making plugins. But, that misfortune has a silver lining for the rest of us. Namely, their Looper-Sequencer ALK2 is from now on FREE for everyone!

Zen Audio is best known for ALK2, a cross between a looper and a sequencer that also hosts VSTs.
Technically, this makes ALK2 a DAW, but one that is streamlined for recording loops and arrangements, and for live performance. Clips are looped live to create layers, but they can be drawn, moved, copied, cut, pasted and rearranged like a sequencer too. They can then be completely automated to trigger effects and record/play at the correct timings, and much more. For live gigs or swift and efficient recording, this plugin feels engaging and innovating at all times.
