HoRNet Plugins has announced the release of HoRNet TreBande, a free mixer EQ plugin for Windows and Mac. The plugin is a meticulously crafted three-band semi-parametric equalizer that mirrors the character of the equalizer found in traditional mixers.
This new plugin is more than just an equalizer. It is designed to be the heartbeat of your mixer’s distinctive sound, meticulously reproduced for precision shaping in a digital environment. The TreBande is not just an emulation of a mixer’s equalizer, it’s a faithful reproduction, ensuring that the nuances and tonal subtleties of your favorite mixer’s equalizer are at your fingertips.
HoRNet TreBande is also a homage to the classic, timeless sound of traditional mixer’s equalizers. It aims to help users rediscover the sonic charm of those mixing desks that have left an indelible mark on the history of music production.
Beyond precision equalization, TreBande introduces a touch of warmth and subtle saturation to your audio. This characteristic warmth is the very essence of those classic mixer equalizers that seasoned engineers swear by. It is designed to elevate your sound with a gentle richness that pays homage to the analog warmth of vintage mixing consoles.
TreBande mirrors the equalization controls found on traditional mixers, offering control over the brilliance, midrange presence, and bass frequencies. Users can dial in precise adjustments with the High Shelf, Mid Band, and Low Shelf, respectively. Whether you’re sculpting the brilliance of your audio, enhancing midrange presence, or commanding the depths of your bass frequencies, TreBande does it all with the authenticity of a classic mixer equalizer.
The plugin is adaptable to your preferences with dark and light mode settings, ensuring a comfortable viewing experience. It boasts native support for Apple Silicon and operates flawlessly on macOS (10.13 and later) and Windows (Windows 10 and later). Available in 64-bit Audio Units, VST, VST3, and AAX formats, TreBande integrates effortlessly into your digital audio workstation (DAW), embodying the spirit of a traditional mixer in a digital environment.
