The Crow Hill Company has launched Chorus Synth, a new addition to their free Vaults series of virtual instruments. This innovative product is compatible with both Windows and Mac operating systems. The Chorus Synth is derived from the renowned Juno 6 synthesiser, revered for its potent sound, user-friendly interface, and signature chorusing.

Chorus Synth comes packed with a variety of features designed to enhance the user’s musical experience. These include Tone, Chorus, Sub, Shape, ECHO, and SPLOSH. The Tone feature introduces an extra layer of slow, unmeasured Tremolos, processed through a realtime generated shimmer reverb. The Chorus feature is a meticulously crafted low-pass filter that enables you to roll off and shape your sound. The Sub feature channels the entire signal path through a digitally modelled Tube Amp to add a touch of grit. The Shape feature regulates the intensity of a stereo chorus-based modulation, reminiscent of the 1984 sound. The ECHO feature is a modelled multi-tap tape delay with just the right amount of warmth and wobble to appeal to analog purists. Lastly, the SPLOSH feature is a revamped Chamber-sized algorithmic reverb, ideal for positioning a sound within a production.
The Chorus Synth is compatible with AU, VST3, VST, and AAX plug-in formats. It works with macOS Catalina (10.15) through to Sonoma (14.x) (both Apple Silicon and Intel compatible) and Windows 10 through to Windows 11. To ensure optimal performance, it is recommended to have at least 8 GB of RAM, a high-speed internet connection, up to 1.51 GB of free disk space, and an SSD if installing to an external drive. The Crow Hill Company has also announced that NKS support for the product will be available in the near future.
As this product is part of the free Vaults series, there is no expiry date for this offer. Users interested in expanding their virtual instrument collection with a versatile and user-friendly synthesiser are encouraged to explore the Chorus Synth by The Crow Hill Company.
