Organic Instruments has released a new Glockenspiel instrument, available for free to music enthusiasts and producers. The instrument, which is designed to be a simple, enjoyable, and uncomplicated toy, features clear recordings with consistent, percussive articulations. It has been sampled using a variety of standard and inventive performance techniques that layer well together, producing clean and uplifting timbres.
The Glockenspiel instrument was recorded in a furnished, cozy, and disorganized bedroom. It includes a range of sounds produced using plastic mallets, wooden pencil mallets, and plastic mallet handles. The library also features felted, dampened, and deadened articulations, adding to its versatility.
Designed for the Elemental Player and created in Elemental Studio, the Glockenspiel instrument is compatible with both Windows and MacOS. The installation size of the instrument is approximately 110MB, making it a lightweight addition to your digital music toolkit. The product is a digital download and will be available instantly after ordering, allowing users to get started with it right away.
One of the most significant aspects of this release is that the Glockenspiel instrument is completely free. Users do not require any license to run it, making it an accessible tool for both beginners and experienced musicians.
